The Sphere residence was envisioned to be a project that fosters human interaction in an environmentally-friendly way. Built around an existing garden, we designed an amphitheater for the residents that generates its own energy. This enables stable utility prices as it includes a sustainable feature that allows the recycling of rainwater.

Our genetic architecture always starts with a small seed, an idea around which we build a story; the North Star that guides our decisions. With an address that is imbued by nature and vegetation, we are determined to unlock the site’s potential and create a project that is genuinely in harmony with and inspired by its natural surroundings.

Buildings are normally defined by horizontal and vertical laminar elements, giving rise to elements that are intrusive to the natural environment. Our decision was to bend them and align them to bring continuity, as though it were the leaves of plants. Giant leaves that have grown facing the sun and the west wind, and are aligned with the terrain will now provide shelter to our residences. At a time when sustainability, energy saving and a responsible use of resources are running high, Sphere aims to become a leader in the field and geopolitical location. Conceived from its early inception as a natural, organic and environmentally-friendly project, its startlingly unique and sustainable character is a beacon to innovation.

The icing on the cake is taken by the generously sized terraces— ranging from 40 sq m to 260 sq m—and expansive private gardens of up to 155 sq m that create a constant and ever-present dialogue between the interior and exterior spaces. An imposing and welcoming 700 sq m lobby, which perfectly reflects the spirit of the scheme, houses the reception and a fully- quipped co-working area of generous proportions, which is an alternative to the spacious residences for welcoming guests, working or studying.
